Privacy Policy
Barakah Profits is run by Pancake Pixels Pty Ltd, an Australian company ("we", "us"). This policy covers
barakahprofits.com, app.barakahprofits.com, the Barakah Profits halal stock checker and stock list,
the members' Stock Check tool, the public screening API, and the Barakah Halal Stock Screen MCP server
at https://app.barakahprofits.com/mcp. We handle personal information under the Australian
Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect

When you use the MCP server through an AI assistant such as Claude, Cursor or ChatGPT, we receive only the tool call that assistant sends us (for example a ticker). We do not receive your conversation. The assistant's own provider handles your conversation under its own privacy policy.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with services that run Barakah Profits for us:
- Railway, which hosts our app and API (United States).
- HighLevel, our CRM and email system, which holds emails, purchases and survey answers.
- Twelve Data, our financial data provider. We send it ticker symbols, never your personal information.
- Google and Meta, through the analytics and advertising tags described above.
- Payment processors used at checkout, which handle card details directly. We never see your full card number.
Some of these providers store data outside Australia, including in the United States.
How long we keep it
- MCP and API request data (IP address, ticker) is held in memory for up to one hour for rate limiting and may appear in hosting logs, which are kept for a limited period and then deleted.
- Screening results are cached for 24 hours. They contain no personal information.
- Email addresses, purchase records and survey answers are kept while you are a subscriber or on our list, and deleted on request.
- Members' usage records are kept while your membership is active and for up to 12 months after it ends.
Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Access to stored data is limited to the people who run Barakah Profits.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing support@barakahprofits.com. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link. If you are unhappy with how we handled a privacy complaint, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

Our screens are automated estimates, not a fatwa and not financial advice.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
